The festive season is a time to reflect, a time to re-think the past and to re-calibrate our own life´s masterplan. 2020 has been a challenging year for many of us. We eagerly await the day when we can finally call the Covid-19 pandemic a thing of the past.
SAE Indonesia wishes you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2021. During this holiday season, our campus is closed and will reopen on January 4, 2021.

SAE Launches Audient Console Simulator For Distance Learning
SAE Audient ASP4816 Simulator, the brainchild of Dr Mark Bassett, Director of Academic Quality Assurance at SAE Creative Media Institute, is a unique digital tool that can provide students with remote access to a fully-functional, audio capable, photo-realistic simulation of the small format Audient ASP4816 console - and freely available for public.
Before the release of the ASP4816 Simulator, SAE Indonesia had already developed its own version of a virtual mixing desk which was used by SAE Indonesia's Audio Department during the pandemic.
Wendha Theadora is an SAE Digital Film Production graduate. Her final project can now be watched on the GoPlay app. "Lestari" tells the story of a woman who believes her late grandmother has reincarnated into a Luwing or a millipede.
“Lestari'' is the first fictional film directed by Wendha. Her previous work included several documentaries as well as an episode of a short series. Most of Lestari's crew were SAE students and the Soundtrack was composed and produced by Geddi Jaddi Membummi, winner of the 2020 SAE Alumni Awards for the category of 'Best Audio Student Project’.
Audio graduate Denisa Releases Official Music Video
Denisa, an SAE Audio Engineering graduate, prefers live sound rather than working in recording studios. She started her professional career as a live sound engineer when she was part of Pamungkas´s crew at his concert at Sunyata.
While Denisa continues to thrive in this male dominated industry, she also started her own career as a solo artist in 2019. Denisa has released a mini album titled Crowning which contains 5 songs, and a double track titled Collide / Pergi.
Earlier this December a new single “You Are Not My Savior” was released and can be listened to on all digital streaming platforms. Watch the official music video here.
SAE Students' Band Ufuk Timur Releases New Single
Ufuk Timur, an alternative pop band consisting of six SAE Indonesia students formed at the tail end of 2018, just when they were starting their studies at SAE. The members are Naufal Fahrezi (Vocal), Adikara Rahardjo (Keyboard / Sequencer) Farrel Dewantara (Guitar), Fleathaya Kahla (Guitar), Revqhi Pratama (Bass), and Giorgio Ritih (Drums).
In 2019 they first appeared in public with their debut single 'Pesan Dari Sang Pujangga' and have just released their latest single titled 'Renjana' which can be listened to by clicking here.
Animation Pathway Australia Student from Bali Choose SAE Melbourne
I Made Sidartha Dipayana is an SAE Animation student from Bali.
After graduating from high school, he decided to study at SAE Indonesia and to enroll in the Australian Pathway programme because of its highly specialised curriculum and the opportunity to study overseas.

The Virtual Open Day was Successfully Held, Watch The Recordings
On December 5, SAE Indonesia successfully hosted a Virtual Open Day. While previous SAE Virtual Open Days were conducted through Zoom Video Conferencing, this event, which was the last Virtual Open Day in 2020, was broadcasted directly through the SAE Jakarta YouTube channel.
